I tried to order an electric roaster. The website estimated delivery Dec 20. I paid at checkout, then the delivery date updated to Dec 31. I needed the roaster for Christmas. I then tried to cancel the order, but there was no way to cancel the order on the website. The policy states you have 60 minutes to cancel. After exhausting every method to cancel on the website, I emailed asking to cancel the order. This was 20 minutes after checkout. They emailed me back 10 days later stating that it was too late to cancel the order as it has now been processed and sent. I will be disputing the sale with my credit card provider. Disappointed with the service. I will not be using this company again.
