BB&B has done everything possible to screw up our furniture order. They sent us the wrong tracking number that the trucking company finally corrected. They don’t have our phone number in their system to look up the order. Furniture showed up today all wrong, brand & color. Called BB&B and asked for a supervisor who was supposed to call back hours ago. Recalled BB&B and talked to another BB&B employee who said it would take 24-48 hours for their shipping department to get back to us. That takes us to next Monday. We sold our furniture and will probably have to wait another 3-4 weeks for our order to be re-delivered. BUY LOCAL AND SAVE YOURSELF A NIGHTMARE!!!
