Horrible experience!!I was referred to the vendor who is shipping out part of my order (drinking glasses) that I have not yet received and was told I would be getting an email from them within 24 hours as to the status of my order. So far, I have received NOTHING! It has been almost three weeks since I placed my order and I still do not have a tracking number! I really feel like I am getting the run around. I was told I was going to receive a $25 gift card of sorts from BBB for my trouble and haven’t seen that either. RIDICULOUS!! *The vendor’s customer service representative answered the phone with a ‘Hello’ and a screaming baby. I couldn’t inquire about my order through all the noise and ended up hanging up. I am leaving for vacation soon and am worried I will not have the gift by the time I need it.
