The Worst! Tried to register for a psychotherapy course for two days. Could not do it. No one to call, no clarification of what constituted three categories of registration, no way to place an order. At 9:30 pm someone called and excused this mess as "just a group of clinicians" without Admin. Apparently, this so-called"group" flunked high school English. Dr.Schwartz, you should be mortified.

I would actually give this company zero stars if this was possible. Purchased Command and Conquer Remastered last week and it doesn’t download on my pc laptop keeps coming up with an error message. I contacted them on the day I purchased it to say that it wasn’t working and wished to receive a refund. I’ve had emails from 8 different people and followed the instructions that they gave me and it still doesn’t work. Also I have just wasted over an hour in a chat just going round and round in circles explaining that I’ve done everything that was asked and it still isn’t working and that I’d like a refund for there faulty product and they are refusing. I googled it online and it states that the problem I have is a common issue with this game. I wish I had done that before I purchased it. They are good at taking the money but not refunding for there faulty product.
Review of deezer
Deezer sucks. The free version is garbage enough to make me want to fling my phone over a rainbow.None of the songs I like are in the free version just other versions of them and songs I haven't heard of/dont like.If they want me to pay for premium service then make the free service decent enough that it wont make me just say "F you" and uninstall the app.If the free version is so rubbish, you can bet your butt I won't be taking a chance on buying a paid subscription.

Review of mcafee
I installed Mcfee as part of the HP package and then paid the annual subscription, lately i am getting daily pop ups (that you cant switch off) trying to sell me products , i rang to cancel, which they said they will do, but they will not refund me any money!! Avoid!!Note in their reply they do not discuss the constant pop ups, that based on reviews on here annoy alot of people, and within 30 days I did not get the annoying pop ups!!

Don't order if you are in a hurry !(Nothing but good about the website and the equipment itself, that's not the point of this critic.)I placed orders for multiple items that are "available" (in stock, all green !) on the site .. 2 days later no movement .. and no update will come soon .. with Thomann, you just wait. They don't tell you: "Please wait a bit, because we have it 'in stock', but in a foreign country far-far away and need time to get it here with us before sending it off to you, all in one go" .. no, you will simply wait, without news, for about 5 days (usually a minimum) .. So for your 'urgent' strings/stuff you added to your cart, full of other goodies: forget it. Go buy them in your nearest music shop.I ordered a Digital Piano once, the stand was in Spain or portugal (somewhere south) .. and the piano came from somewhere else (Germany, if I'm not mistaken). "in stock" is very relative with the Thomann site(s). One could solve it by thinking: "hey, let's send the stand from place X and send the piano from place Y, both separately but directly to the customer" .. Nope, that's not how they work. (If you take the initiative and complain enough, then they do partial deliveries .. if your bored while waiting a week, why not ..)For the rest: it always arrived in the end, and it's well packed, never had another issue than this bad (=no) communication. Even the 'dedicated' support person assign to your 'case' will wait with you, in total silence .. at least your not waiting alone! In this era, it's sad, or simply bad (lazy?) communication. Mr/Mrs Thomann, this should be improved !In short: "slow" and "silent" is an understatement for Thomann. Patience is a must, but you will get your stuff in the end, and you will figure out their ways on the long run. Deal with it, or don't. That part is all up to you.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. Don't use them. We wanted to buy one picture. We were told we could only do that via the app. The picture was inappropriate as it had writing we could not remove without Photoshop. We ask for a refund and got this response "Since you purchased through our mobile app, we do not have any record of the payment nor any way to issue a refund. All in-App payments are processed by whichever payment method you have linked to App purchases on your mobile device. To receive a refund, your best option is to direct your inquiry to the native app support or your bank directly as those are the only entities that have an actual record of the charge.". Totally ridiculous - just glad I hadn't spent more money.
