Online I purchased a comforter & two pillows from bbb. In the interim I found exactly the same items for a significant amount less at Amazon. I sent the items back without even opening the box because Amazon got it to me quicker. I followed the return protocol and returned the package the same day it arrived.. for three weeks I’ve been waiting for my refund only to be told today I’ve been refunded in FundAwards that can only be used at bbb. $247!! Worth of bbb dollars.. never ever do business with a company that has such very poor customer service refund policy ..
