Stay away from AT&T and FIRSTNET

Stay away from AT&T and FIRSTNET. Horrible. They disconnect my number by mistake of AT&t and took me over 10 days reconnect. HORRIBLE. Their agents don’t know nothing , just know say: “ sorry about your situation but we can’t do nothing “ ( In 10 days period I talked with almost 25 Agents from all their service departments, and nobody can’t do nothing about their own mistake. -STAY AWAY FROM AT&T-

Awful service AVOID

If I could vote zero stars I would. I signed up and then requested a refund the same day because they no longer work with ANNA so the product is useless to me. The initial person I spoke to was helpful and guided me through cancellation telling me I’d be refunded under same day cancellation. After a few days the refund was still not in my account so I contacted them again to be told I’d have to fill in a refund form to get my money back and it would take around 5 days. I’ve just received an email to say they cant issue the refund because I’m not authorised on the account!!! Diabolical service. I set the account up and cancelled it so how the hell they are saying I can’t have the refund I do not know! The company card used to pay for it is even under my name. Absolute thieves. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Go to a competitor and save hassle.

BIT OF A COCKUP ON THE FORECASTING FRONT

Best thing about MO app is rainfall layer. Comparing playback with next 6 hours showing cyclonic circulation dominant, told me not to trust their forecast of a dry day for Peterborough area. Cautiously updated to a few gentle showers at 09.00 but still oblivious to trough and convection patently visible in playback. Sure enough, heavy downpours with thunder soon developed.)

I bought mockup images

I bought mockup images, and from a small thumbnail and the 'detail' images I saw, the mockup looked really nice. BUT upon further inspection and actually trying to apply a mockup into the image I found many, many sloppy details that, after much trial, I stopped using the image. I understand these are cheap options, but I expected better.

Again, the families I work with are always impressed with the ease and quality of the forms. As Typeform continues to evolve, I've found it even more useful. It's a wonderful tool!

Don’t buy HP!

Wow! I guess I’m not only one with issues. Buy an epson!! Once ink dries up I’m going back to my old printer. Over 20 yrs old. Have to use refillable inks but it works. I wish had bought a new epson. HP does NOT honor the free ink. They have worthless customer service. I can say that as I’m a cs rep from a company so I know what they can and can’t do. When I complained that ALL I needed was the promo code that was NOT included in box they gave me the runaround!!! For weeks. One code. That’s all I need. I sent them the purchase receipt. The printer details. Everything they need to give me a code. I even send screen shot of my acct stating “4 more months free ink”. I never got the first 2!! Call and get someone who doesn’t know what to do so they send you to 3 others higher who can’t do anything. Then send you to the ink ppl who send a link without any promo code or promo options. They want you to sign up for monthly ink so then can lock you in to something hoping you forget and they bank monthly!! It’s BS. Don’t even care anymore about damn free ink as I now lost 3 months with their bs. Don’t get an HP. Put them out of business because they clearly don’t deserve to be in one. All the bad reviews should tell everyone don’t buy!! And the printer is cheap. Half time don’t print for no reason. In the last 20 yrs the only issue s had with epsom is finding ink that it will approve. I wish I had researched as I normally do but a Black Friday deal got me. Never again!!

ASUS PC - never again!

I bought a Asus Vivobook for about $1200 . Boy, am I sorry! The sound and microphone do not work properly since I got it. Their service was terrible, they "tried" to fix it 3 times, each time took a long time to respond and they said they can't find anything and it's the windows system. They also kept me for hours each time o. The phone or with the tech guy. I rebooted the windows and still have that problem but they managed to break me. Their PC doesn't work properly, and their service is so bad and so inconvenient I prefer to cut my losses and go with another product. Don't buy Asus .
