Hotel was fine but charging another matter. Attempted to add one night to my existing booking after following the email link and unwittingly ended up with 2 bookings for the same nights. I had already been charged for the first cheaper booking but 1) The hotel charged me twice 2) After protest, grudgingly repaid the lower cost original booking but kept the more expensive one. Customer Service hung up on me twice when I attempted to discuss the issue. The advice I was given was 1) Be very grateful for the little you got back and 2) Ring Customer Service ( who don't respond!) Best Western Cagliari; Milan Customer Service office.
