I have been trying to sell my crypto assets to my bank card and have not been able to do it for the last two weeks. I'm surprised that I'm able to buy crypto assets without any delay but not able to sell them when I need to, and every time it shows as card unavailable when I go for a sell transaction, although the card is linked to my Binance account.I am also getting an error message: ( Unable to Process There was a problem processing your payment. Please try again later. (RC000006) ). Please help me resolve this issue- I have been trying to contact Binance but it seems they only have a chatbot service that is unable to answer customer-specific problems.I'm sure many Binance customers might be facing this issue and therefore would like to suggest Binance that it also offer a Human connection to their customer service.
