Just spent 6 hours trying to get access to my account on chat. Had 1 agent disconnect, Made 2 videos, Be quicker and more cost effective to mine my own bitcoin. Will be closing my account shortly. CID140164201 and 140171344. Continued 14/4 and the case is still open but the agent is ignoring me.
