On March 11 I purchased $4000 worth of crypto on the Binance P2P network from Benjamin_SUPER-FAST.Order number 20600345441831264256. He claims he was scammed and can’t access his account. I have proven the payment to Binance a number of times. They keep giving him another 12 hours but nothing is done. Benjamin is still trading on the network quite happily. It is Now March 28 and still nothing has been done.So the scam works like this, Benjamin says he cannot confirm receipt of the payment so Binance tell him not to pay until he can, even though they both know he has the money. He has even said he will release the funds if Binance say yes. But Binance wants to keep the crypto for themselves. Binance then stall the appeal process hoping that you give up because they don’t respond to your messages. Then they keep the crypto because you have no way of forcing them to pay you. So the seller has his money, Binance have your crypto and there is nothing you can do about it. No wonder they were de-registered in Australia because they are thieves and cannot be trusted. They now operate out of BELARUS so what does that tell you.UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU DEAL WITH BINANCE IN AUSTRALIA.They will probably reply to this by saying they are here to help, and I have to agree. They are HERE TO HELP THEMSELVES and the CORRUPT SELLERS who work with them!UPDATE: This is a screenshot of how Binance SAY they are helping. If you can see how this helps me you are a better man than I am. To me it just PROVES Binance are corrupt and liars and CANNOT BE TRUSTED!“Hi Seller,Please be informed that we cannot release this order until you can confirm that you have received the payment to your account and provide proof.…. We will release this order if you can proof that you have received the payment in the next 6 hours.benjamin_SUPER-FAST_ provided more informationi want to release, I an angry at binance too. Their p2p froze 3 or my accounts.”This is in spite of the fact that Binance say they hold the crypto in escrow, meaning that they can release the crypto. BUT THEY INTEND TO STEAL IT INSTEAD!DO NOT TRUST BINANCE, EVER !!!!!!!!ANOTHER UPDATE:Binance people can’t count either. In their last feeble attempt they gave the seller 48 hours to respond. He didn’t and it’s now 5 DAYS and still nothing from BINANCE.So i reiterate: NEVER DEAL WITH BINANCE LIARS AND THIEVES!
