Eventbrite have not paid out on a hosted event The help system is a constant circle of same again and there is no customers service whatsoever, their system has held on to my payment for weeks and asks for my account details even though I have repeatedly entered them and they are correct. I spent 30 minutes with their chat person who was referring the matter to their Tech Dept (supposedly).I have emailed every dept I can find but of course no response whatsoever.DON'T USE THEM

Good luck trying to ever talk to someone at Dropbox. My account was erroneously charged for an annual Dropbox charge and there is no one to talk to. It doesn't matter which button you push in their phone tree they will send you to their website and then hang up on you. I called sales, because of course they will answer, and was told there was no way she could help me other than send me to the website unless I had a premier account then I could talk to somebody but people with less than a premier account don't have the ability to talk to a live person. We haven't used this Dropbox account in years and were surprised that we were still being charged $109 annually. We received an email that the credit card they had on file was not good anymore. This was true because of fraudulent activity the account was closed it but somehow miraculously they still charged our account. We never updated our financial information. I don't know how that happened but it's about as shady as this company is. There are so many cloud-based Services don't use Dropbox!!

On March 11 I purchased $4000 worth of crypto on the Binance P2P network from Benjamin_SUPER-FAST.Order number 20600345441831264256. He claims he was scammed and can’t access his account. I have proven the payment to Binance a number of times. They keep giving him another 12 hours but nothing is done. Benjamin is still trading on the network quite happily. It is Now March 28 and still nothing has been done.So the scam works like this, Benjamin says he cannot confirm receipt of the payment so Binance tell him not to pay until he can, even though they both know he has the money. He has even said he will release the funds if Binance say yes. But Binance wants to keep the crypto for themselves. Binance then stall the appeal process hoping that you give up because they don’t respond to your messages. Then they keep the crypto because you have no way of forcing them to pay you. So the seller has his money, Binance have your crypto and there is nothing you can do about it. No wonder they were de-registered in Australia because they are thieves and cannot be trusted. They now operate out of BELARUS so what does that tell you.UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU DEAL WITH BINANCE IN AUSTRALIA.They will probably reply to this by saying they are here to help, and I have to agree. They are HERE TO HELP THEMSELVES and the CORRUPT SELLERS who work with them!UPDATE: This is a screenshot of how Binance SAY they are helping. If you can see how this helps me you are a better man than I am. The worst customer service ever. not to buy ASUS unless you are happy to pay a lot for repair if something goes wrong.After i booked my laptop in service, i paid 826£ for fixing the issue.They order thw motherboard from taiwan and still Wainting over 1 month to fix it.I’ve asked for a refund because it takes somlong but they don’t want to give me the money back!Avoid Asus for the future!!!

It was still a bad move and they could do it again in the future so upped from 1* to 3*.[/EDIT]Once a big WordPress.com advocate, now recommend you shop around.I built my name on WordPress.com and have enjoyed their fairly hands off management approach but a recent plan change has shocked me enough to go from a solid 4/5 stars to just 1.For those who don't know, their used to be many teirs for all kinds of people. I often used premium as it was all I needed at $90 per year billed every two years. ($180)Recently I opened a new site to run another personal project and was face with one plan. The new Pro Plan. This offers basically everything from all plans previously (plus some of the old free features sneakily) for a handy cost of $180... Not bad. And so I took it. Same cost with a no hassle one stop plan.While checking renewal dates on my older site I was faced with a popup for switching to the pro plan by contacting support. I was so impressed with my second site I thought, why not. I contacted support and the response was swift as always (I love WordPress.com support, they are friendly and quick). But in that response the support person said that there was $135 left on my account so they will do 1 year.Thinking that this cannot be right I checked the second site. And right enough, in the slightly off gray colour under the price for the new Pro Plan was the point "billed annually".So what I thought was the same price for the only plan now available was actually double my original cost and done in a shady way. All historic plans have been billed ever two years and so there is only one reason for WordPress.com to do this, and that is to practically scam users that do not notice, like me.There are competitors that offer exactly the same service for less than 1/3 the cost. The reason I've stuck with WordPress.com is their hands off approach but that won't keep me much longer if they don't think again about this shoddy price increase.[edit]I have been in touch with support and they were boastful that WordPress.com think the price increase is the right direction. It has become clear that WordPress.com have decided to go down the money grabbing route. So even though I have a legacy plan those who are new will get screwed over on the new plan. I think people deserve to know this clearly before deciding to use WordPress.com when competitors offer prices less than 1/4 of what you offer.
