I recently changed to Bitdefender after many years with another online security provider. To complicate things, my computer began to sputter a couple of weeks later. I contacted Bitdefender about how/if I could transfer my subscription to my new PC. My prior provider's team was such jerks when I finally had a issue, I cancelled with them and found Bitdefender. THEIR support team was excellent, gave perfect instructions on how to get my new PC protected...AND they were really nice about it!
