Using their password vault is more annoying than just tracking my own passwords. Remember me doesn't work, and while you're signed into your computer - with Bitdefender running, there are times where the vault somehow doesn't recognize it and you need to sign into bitdefender before you can sign into your vault. So two passwords, just to have to not enter one. It's the worst anti-virus service I've used in years and I will not be renewing my subscription. Sure, their protection is alright, but so is a lot of others. Their tools are and usability is what has driven me away. Zero resolution on my issues as well via their support center, which also has others with the same frustration.
