I have mostly positive things to say about Bitdefender, I'm not tech minded and don't understand how this software works but I have been using it without problems for a few years now. However, I have just been advised to run an app scan and have been trying for several days off and on, the problem is the scan stops halfway through and the pop up message says 'scan failed check your internet connection' I've restarted my connection, restarted my phone and tried again, same thing happens. I don't know how to sort this even though I've tried 'bitdefender community' is my device safe I wonder 🤔
