We flew Australia to the UK in business class with Emirates for the first time. We were told by our travel agent how great Emirates business class is compared to other airlines business class we have previously used; she described it as next level. It is next level in terms of cost, 2 to 2.5 times the cost we have previously paid for business class and the worst business class we have been on. Poor seating design, uncomfortable, poor plane layout, slow meal service and no luggage storage facilities above you if you are in the middle. We were on the new planes as well, so this is the best version! We complained and were just fobbed off with standard copy/paste responses. We pushed the issue and got some goodwill miles which in effect are a useless gesture because they are effectively worthless.The best part of the whole experience was the chauffeur service. The car company/guys were brilliant, very efficient and a pleasure to travel with.

This is my second attempt to resolve a recurring problem with a reservation made on Booking.com. Right after finalizing the purchase, I noticed an error in the reservation data. The payment was still pending on my Wise card, and I immediately contacted Booking.com and the accommodation via email and chat — with no response.After several failed attempts, I had to make a paid international call to Booking support. There I was informed that they would contact the accommodation and, if they did not receive a response within two days, I should call again, which is absurd considering the cost and my previous effort.The accommodation responded that they could change the data, with a possible additional charge, and I accepted the condition. However, I never received a response, neither from them nor from Booking. Now, I receive a standard response from the accommodation informing me that changes must be made through Booking.com, and Booking keeps redirecting me to the accommodation. In other words, a real game of push and pull while time passes and nothing is resolved.I am a Brazilian exchange student, and the value of the reservation means a lot to me. I have several emails, printouts, phone calls and proof of attempts to contact me, and I am willing to pay the difference in value, if necessary, as long as they resolve the change of information.I have already sent numerous messages, I have been waiting for days for a solution, and I continue to receive automatic, generic responses without any concrete action.I am deeply frustrated with the lack of respect, anxious with the uncertainty, and feel helpless by a company as large as Booking.com. I urgently request that you take responsibility, mediate the change of the reservation with the accommodation and resolve this situation in a fair and professional manner.

When did Amazon’s customer service get so appallingly bad? If a product lasts only a couple of months when you’d expect it to last years, it no longer allows you to actually contact customer services to complain. It is designed to make you so frustrated you give up. They need to be taken to small claims court as often as possible so their legal fees make it not worth them ignoring unsatisfied customers who are getting ripped off by these greedy fat pigs.. fat cats!?.. no.. fat pigs!

Honestly this company and their customer service is absolute trash. I placed an order with a promo code only for them to cancel it two weeks later because they didn’t have the stock. So they send me a promo code. I go back to their site to place a new order for the same product, different color way only to find out they won’t let me apply the promo code THEY SENT to these shoes. Which I previously ordered with a promo code that they then cancelled on their end. And to just rub salt in the would the customer service completely doesn’t give a crap and will not help or honor the promo code. Honestly, shop anywhere else. A company who doesn’t care about their customers and consumers shouldn’t get our money.
