Two main issues leading to my deleting Bitdefender and switching:1) Unwanted splash screens repeatedly appearing, and no setting to disable. So for example I get the message "is this your home network" with the option to check off "do not show this again". It shows it again. And again. And again.2) Difficult to find customer support. There is an "expert forum" and I searched "splash" with others having the same issue, with no resolution. I did find, via an email from them - not on the website - contact information, but by then I had thrown in the BitDefender towel.
