Exceptional Customer Service

Exceptional Customer Service at Guitar Center in Falls Church. I had a fantastic experience at Guitar Center this morning. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The store manager, in particular, made my return and exchange process smooth and efficient. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and friendly demeanor. I'll definitely be returning to Guitar Center for all my future musical needs!

i played on this website alot..

i played on this website alot... i took lessons and used this as a way to practice. i logged on the other day to find my account was banned. i appealed this as i had not cheated in any way and just played chess. its been 2 weeks and they haven't bothered to respond. they told me to create a new account which i did (even though i did not do anything wrong) and they put me at lvl 50. (i was lvl 550 before). and i am now finding i am losing more games than ever as the lower levels are all just cheaters and scammers. chess.com's rating system just does not work. and it appears that their customer service is at an all time low as i keep hearing issues of people being banned for no reason while every game you join is against another cheater/ delayer. tbh im at a point where im so disappointed in chess.com that i don't think i will ever play there again. there are just better apps out there that are actually able to rate a player accurately. at this moment it seems as though chess.com is happy with keeping the cheaters who just create new accounts and have no regard for people who actually want to play chess. 0/10 the closest thing I've seen to a legal scam.and i know chess/com will reply to this saying "you can appeal this" but i spent 2 weeks trying to do that...they simply wont respond, don't even try. they sit back knowing that all streamers use their site so they do not need any customer service as the numbers will come in regardless due to views. i just think this is a disgusting way to run a website that so many people adore. this website is an insult to chess. Chess.com do not bother replying to this. you have had many chances to resolve this but choose to do nothing. this is simply a message to future people thinking about using the site. don't. honestly one of the worst chess websites out there.

Their second chance items are trash

Their second hand items are complete trash. They do not list everything that is wrong with the unit. So when you get the product, you find out it doesn't actually work. I ordered a coffee machine and it was completely broken, sent it to Krups and they had to change almost everything. Krups also sent us a new water tank for the machine and the customer service said that Bol should have never sold the machine to us. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH BOL.COM going to a store is a much better option.

False advertising. Rooms and services booked not as advertise. Hotel includes Breakfast and evening meal but when booked "room only" and no customer services only a AI repepative chat bot. Reported to adverting standards.

Be careful of the hidden fees.

Update: After missing the end of the free trial, I started to be charged - my own fault. However I discovered that when you then try to cancel the service a hefty cancellation fee is charged.I did contact customer service fairly robustly and initially was fobbed off. However a follow up email was dealt with well, and I was refunded not just for the cancellation fee, but for the monthly charge I had incurred.So a star off for the cancellation fee, and one for the initial poor response from the company, but do contact them if you have not used the service and ended up paying.

Customer service send me to the Samsung Care + phone number, which does not work and tells you to call Samsung, who then tells you to call Samsung Care + - ROUND AND AROUND YOU GO WITH NO ANSWERS

Don’t buy from them

Don’t buy from them. We started refund procedure 2 days after purchase in line with their policy. We provided them all the information they asked for multiple times and they kept coming back saying it didn’t work. We checked with the branch of our bank who confirmed it was correct. Then once 30 days passed, have now said we are not entitled to a refund as it’s over 30 days!!! This was clearly done on purpose not to give us a refund . Scammers!!

Cengage Learning has been a worthy investment in my educational pursuits. The Mastermind platform has been incredibly conducive to my learning style, has increased my level of knowledge, reinforced my study skills, and overall all academic performance. Although required for my class, the uniqueness of Mastermind has made homework feel less like a chore, and more fun. I love the ability to use the app on my phone, so I can take advantage of otherwise wasted time, such as waiting in line at the grocery store, to continue learning and getting further ahead in my class. As a non-traditional student, I have been exposed to a plethora of platforms and publishers, but for the first time, I can honestly say that Cengage was worth every penny. I have thanked my Professor for choosing Mastermind for my course, and I should also mention that buying this product helped me in other ways as well. The website has many study resources, aides, and other opportunities for engagement, such as creating your own portfolio, the ability to buy a printed copy of the text at a reduced cost, even offering rentals, which are significantly cheaper than the school bookstore, and even Amazon. This review could keep going because I have not had a single issues at all, and have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience this semester. Thank you Cengage!
