I´ve had some issues trying to connect my PC via SSH to my hosted web domain and support was really helpful, patient and knowledgable, understood my issues without me trying to provide that much detail, also it was so easy and I´m not a software nor related engineer, just a student making a project, Ameena Kausar was the best.
