Decline in customer service & quality

I used to trust Bol and its employees but lately the service has dramatically worsened.The strengths of Bol were : 1/ Availability. Easy to reach customer service, quick answering and management of cases.It was really easy to have problems solved and the gap between the company and the customer felt minimal.2/ Quality.If it was sold on Bol, it was quality from trusted brands and at an honest price.3/ good platformBut nowadays the uniqueness and service provided by Bol is no more. The only asset remaining is the good platform which, let's be honest, is not quite unique since any clever lad can shopify something.So... back to the problems.You can only talk to a unefficient Chatbot called Billie (sorry fella) or send emails through a web form (with no sending date or insurance of answer). All their phone numbers are down, and there's no way to talk to any real person.Lots of dropshipping and trust issues with brands selling products. For 2 years now, Bol allowed *external partners ™* and ever since, you can't trust anything. Quality has fallen deep down, you think you're buying from known brands but it's actually a fake frontdoor, and even though problem was raised to Bol, nothing has changed. There's no way to report dropshipping and Bol's own customer service feels powerless.Well, as always, greed ruined a very good platform.Thanks for nothing.PS : still waiting on an answer with order 4174949829
