Been playing Sims for years just fine without Origin. They forced to use origin..well, let's do it. After a bit of struggle it finally worked again. Now they replaced Origin with EA Launcher -> Nothing works anymore! I absolutely HATE it. Reinstalled Origin - they actually force you to use EA launcher now. Retried EA Launcher, repaired the game, repaired the launcher, cleared cache etc... still nothing works.

I ordered 5 pairs of shoes from JLo Collection due to super low prices and out of 5 pairs only 1 was shipped. They canceled my other pairs due to lack of inventory which is big BS because all my sizes are still available. They did raise prices from 14.99 to 69.99 and even to 119.00 and that's probably the reason for cancelation. I will report them to BBB. So mad.

Absolutely amazing experience with Lego. I ordered a Birthday present which arrived 3/4 days later as expected. The boxes were damaged & in no state to gift, I believe due to the delivery company not Lego! I contacted Lego via Twitter & they immediately replaced the items at no extra cost & told me to keep the originals. Now that is Great Customer Service!

I used to trust Bol and its employees but lately the service has dramatically worsened.The strengths of Bol were : 1/ Availability. Easy to reach customer service, quick answering and management of cases.It was really easy to have problems solved and the gap between the company and the customer felt minimal.2/ Quality.If it was sold on Bol, it was quality from trusted brands and at an honest price.3/ good platformBut nowadays the uniqueness and service provided by Bol is no more. The only asset remaining is the good platform which, let's be honest, is not quite unique since any clever lad can shopify something.So... back to the problems.You can only talk to a unefficient Chatbot called Billie (sorry fella) or send emails through a web form (with no sending date or insurance of answer). All their phone numbers are down, and there's no way to talk to any real person.Lots of dropshipping and trust issues with brands selling products. For 2 years now, Bol allowed *external partners ™* and ever since, you can't trust anything. Quality has fallen deep down, you think you're buying from known brands but it's actually a fake frontdoor, and even though problem was raised to Bol, nothing has changed. There's no way to report dropshipping and Bol's own customer service feels powerless.Well, as always, greed ruined a very good platform.Thanks for nothing.PS : still waiting on an answer with order 4174949829

Terrible experience. I booked a table for 6 for dinner and to see my favorite band (co-pilot) based on YOUR APP only to arrive at the venue and find out that they were NOT playing that night but at a sister restaurant instead... not cool.Your app needs to get it straight!

I use parallels for School (Engineering) & it allows me to run windows based apps needed for my course. It's really a seamless & convenient experience as I can effortlessly switch between MacOS & Windows 11. Performance is great for what I do and my battery life doesn't take too much of a hit, even while using heavy duty apps on Windows.

On 27th April'23 I bought a printer/laptop package. The printer was returned for a refund after a few weeks of arguing. Now, May'25 the laptop has quite simply given up the ghost, even its automatic recover has not managed to get it going again. It said in the early stages of failure that it could not find Win11. Rather foolishly Ive just stuck my neck out and bought a replacement from HP on the basis that all their products cant be that bad. Time will tell, but Im beginning to think Ive made a big mistake - and thats before the new laptop arrives. Anyway, I will not be buying anymore from HP. _- just noticed Customers are required to pay £24 per ONE phone call to get assistance once item out of warranty

I'm using AVG antivirus for more than 10 years now and not planning to change it. It helped me many many times not to get a virus either from a website either from some people's USB stick. I like the "lnk scanner" also. It stop you from getting on a malicious websites.
