worse customer service

worse customer service. will not take back my scooter when the brakes (!!) broke twice in 5 months. the brakes are defect! they send you on a loop for two weeks talking to several customer service people and in the end they gave no solution.It is great if the device you get is perfect. But please know that they will not help you even if they sent you a problematic item. You’re on your own. All they keep saying is they want to fix it again - but personally I do not want to get on this scooter ever again since I already risked my life twice with the brakes breaking in the middle of a street.Oh and in response to bol: my exact problem is that I don’t want to get this scooter fixed again, the brakes will surely break again since it’s happened twice in 5 months! So that is not a resolution. Just know they won’t help you if you have a problem.
