I have bought an item Sunday 16/4 with delivery date on Tuesday 18/4.The item has not being delivery yet, the delivery date has been changed by the carrier 2 times and currently the tracking page say there is no delivery scheduled - so I have no idea when I will received it.I have called Bol.com where I got no support at all. They can only read what the tracking says and take no action at all.I has asked the item to be cancelled, but they do not want to proceed until the order has been delivered or confirmed by PostNL its lost. They just push the problem to third parties and take no responsibility!While on the call one of the CS woman - Dominique - had hung up the phone on me and said she could't understand very well english. I have asked her to transfer to a colleague that could speak english and she said she was alone!Very frustrating...
