Att completely misrepresented there policy. We switched to att and we're given free phones , however they were not free and upon upgrade we had to pay over $100 to pay off our free phone. This was unexpected and a hardship as we live on ss. If I had been informed we would have never switched, now we're screwed for another 18 months. I advise not to do business with att and and avoid there deception.

I regularly have to wander around my development to find items which Amazon delivery has randomly abandoned, sometimes contacting a very apologetic but otherwise disinterested customer services agent.Today I had a guaranteed delivery by 1pm. What happened? The driver claimed he couldn't find my home (despite an Amazon delivery at the development every day, and a mailroom and concierge - who takes parcels - at the main door. They called, I complained, they guaranteed delivery today, and yet, nothing has come. I can't get a refund as I need the undelivered items to return them.

I watch ever news network and with only one goal in mind.....searching for the TRUTH. Every news network is bias to some extent, but CNN has now surpassed MSNBC in bias reporting.I realize the hatred and the petty battle with Trump, but to what end? Your ratings are in a death spiral, and for the life of me I can not understand why you continue down this path.....I am sure it has to do with your financiers.Time to at least speak the truth at the next board meeting, while you still have a audience. No station should give Trump or anyone a free pass,... STOP playing politics and start being a news station. This is the first review I have ever written, but I feel that strong as to your emotional format.You have some very talented reporters, don’t use them this way....

I have bought an item Sunday 16/4 with delivery date on Tuesday 18/4.The item has not being delivery yet, the delivery date has been changed by the carrier 2 times and currently the tracking page say there is no delivery scheduled - so I have no idea when I will received it.I have called Bol.com where I got no support at all. They can only read what the tracking says and take no action at all.I has asked the item to be cancelled, but they do not want to proceed until the order has been delivered or confirmed by PostNL its lost. They just push the problem to third parties and take no responsibility!While on the call one of the CS woman - Dominique - had hung up the phone on me and said she could't understand very well english. I have asked her to transfer to a colleague that could speak english and she said she was alone!Very frustrating...

Agoda know only to book a roomThey not bothered how the rooms are. Asking proof of room how smell stinks etc etc silly questions don’t have guts to ask hotel management because we paid in advance.when we don’t like room he not bothered to help for refund and just extend date & at end don’t get refund.he help only sellerI recommend don’t book through Agoda very bad customer service Highly not recommended to go through Agoda. Don’t have customer care number.I even said I review about your service but not bothered they contacted me until I opened the case through PayPal and asked me time for refund but he not reply and the case was closed. Forgot about case and he played with me asking time and I forgot thought may be get refund but he didn’t turn back. Still waiting for refund Don’t ever book with Agoda more cheaper going direct through hotel.I don’t give a 1* I give -10* like this company

If I could give no score I would ..never order from PlayStation store online I ordered a PlayStation 5 for my son for Christmas I made sure correct address was put as its a flat , but guess what the wrong address was processed not my fault at all so I did not receive my parcel .. Iv constantly been trying to get my money back for 3 weeks now still no closer to this absolutely disgusting how Iv treated.. no one seems too care just keep getting told someone will get back to me..for a billion worth company its absolutely shocking

I have purchased parallels desktop 17 pro edition for my new macbook m1 max edition in order to use some windows apps and most likely having a new experience. Since the beginning of my first installation, the taskbar seemed non responsive and stopped responding even if i tried all the given workarounds regarding this specific issue. When i contacted the customer representatives for support, they did not respond mefor more than 24 hours and by the next day i had a message from them sending me link about a completely different issue. That's all that i had from parallels since three days. I sadly can not accept this kind of behaviour and would like to cancel my subscription right away and requesting for refund. I will never use your products again. Thank you

Recently on a trip to Chicago I tried to get a ride with Lyft. Their App quoted the rise at 7 minutes away. I waited about 15 minutes for the app to then tell me it would take an additional 1-19 minutes to get a ride. I waited 20 minutes and the app then said “connecting with the closest driver” then I waited 5 minutes and booked an Uber leading to me having to commute at rush hour and pay 50% more. I tried to contact their customer service but they do not care about complaints. They are not as reliable as Uber so make sure know that they are still very much a “start-up” and working through many app issues.

Whatever you do, do NOT ever take out an American Express Credit card, either personal or for business. Furthermore, don't even use them in your business or accept them when using merchant services. This company are the worst ever.AMEX forced me to take out a credit card for my business and when the business when into liquidation, they then tried to force me to pay the bill personally. I never agreed for a credit search on my file and one was never carried out. They are now saying I am liable. Since March 2023 they have now had nearly 9 solicitors try to recover the money with daily harassment by phone, email and text. I even had some guy call at my home address, who knocked on my door and started shouting at me to give him money. This has been a harrowing experience and AMEX, you should be ashamed. You have been told to contact the liquidators and to date since March they have had no correspondence from you. AMEX. Just to let you know, I will be filing a claim for harassment against you and your solicitors Brachers for the constant emails and texts. TO ALL people out there thinking of taking credit with AMEX/American Express, DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. THE WORST CREDIT COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
