The worst company in the world. Unable to speak to customer service, wont reply to chat messages. When you call them its an AI Bot who refuses to put you through to anyone and then ends the call. It's impossible to speak to a person. I am getting scam e mails and text messages pretending to be from Booking. Com. They have clearly been hacked due to poor security and they wont respond or do anything to help. So bad i am likely going to cancel my booking and use a different company for my trip. The worst customer service experience of any company i have ever used in my life and i'm nearly 60. Likely an American Company and that's why they are so awful.Avoid at all costs. I would give zero stars if i could
