I’m extremely disappointed with Booking.com customer service. I booked a hotel in Turkey for 5 nights (worth over €1000), but upon arrival I realized it wasn’t suitable. I stayed only 2 nights and moved to another hotel.The hotel itself agreed to refund the remaining 3 nights, but said they need Booking.com's authorization to do so.Since June 26, I’ve been writing daily to Booking support, submitted a case through the Help Center, and used the in-app chat — no one has responded.I’m a long-time customer with a high loyalty status. The silence and lack of response are simply unacceptable.Confirmation number: 6381.704.042I need someone from Booking to take responsibility and process the refund authorization urgently.
