I purchased 2 pairs of shoes and only one pair qualified for the discount code, okay fine. But when I tried to return the pair that didn't qualify for the code, they refused to give me my full amount back that I paid. When you call customer service you're calling India and English is definitely not the 1st language there. Also, this is the 2nd time I've had to exchange a pair of shoes for faulty product so I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I’m extremely disappointed with Booking.com customer service. I booked a hotel in Turkey for 5 nights (worth over €1000), but upon arrival I realized it wasn’t suitable. I stayed only 2 nights and moved to another hotel.The hotel itself agreed to refund the remaining 3 nights, but said they need Booking.com's authorization to do so.Since June 26, I’ve been writing daily to Booking support, submitted a case through the Help Center, and used the in-app chat — no one has responded.I’m a long-time customer with a high loyalty status. The silence and lack of response are simply unacceptable.Confirmation number: 6381.704.042I need someone from Booking to take responsibility and process the refund authorization urgently.

Misuse of auto debit serviceBeware setting up auto pay with this company. They continue to withdraw the money long after service has ended. Additionally they will make stuff up about contracts etc.. Document everything with them and be warned that they are not trustworthy at all.

I rejoined after leaving to go to amazon music, as a new user, using the ‘claim your free nest speaker’ however as soon as I paid it kept saying ‘error unknown’ so I wasn’t able to get the speaker, no one is available to assist with this? I wish I’d stuck with amazon music.

As a US citizen I need a non-US centric perspective on politics, the economy, and the planet’s interactions. I know of no other publication that so masterfully uses the English language.
