Could not be worse: chat support doesn't work. After my screen locks I can no longer find the chat and ned to restart, so need to rewrite my request. Which means instead of solving everything first time within minutes I take 1H or longer. Unless I stay glued to the screen, equally inefficient as waiting time for chat response is long. Calling has waiting times of 15+ minutes. It is unbelievable and unnaceptable that a widely used platform like booking.com offers such a poor service. I won't use Booking.com again, Im fed up. Price difference doesn't justify the wasted time.
