They have a great customer support. I bought madden 25 and tried launching it but was experiencing anti cheat problems same thing happened 2 days later but then finally i got it fixed but then when i tried playing my pc was to slow and the game was super lagy so I tried returning after checking some stuff they allowed me to return it even though more than 24 hours passed after first launch

Could not be worse

Could not be worse: chat support doesn't work. After my screen locks I can no longer find the chat and ned to restart, so need to rewrite my request. Which means instead of solving everything first time within minutes I take 1H or longer. Unless I stay glued to the screen, equally inefficient as waiting time for chat response is long. Calling has waiting times of 15+ minutes. It is unbelievable and unnaceptable that a widely used platform like booking.com offers such a poor service. I won't use Booking.com again, Im fed up. Price difference doesn't justify the wasted time.

Frustrating Experience - Sonicare Support

I keep receiving emails about an unpaid invoice, even though I have paid the invoices. I have called on three separate occasion and there was never a proper answer as to 1)whether I actually owed any money by looking at my account and whether I was spammed 2)why I keep receiving these emails.The first obstacle is to even have a full conversation with a support rep. In my latest attempt, I was disconnected as they were looking for my background the first time. The second time, as I was talking to the rep, another recording interrupted and I presume I was disconnected. Also for some reason, the audio on their mics are set very low so I can barely hear them even though their wait music blasts and bursts my ear drums.Overall really frustrating experience

Studland Bay Cottage - too expensive for us next year.

We have recently visited Studland in Dorset, staying in a wonderfully located NT cottage. The beaches were lovely and as members we parked free of charge on all NT car parks. Wildlife abundant, scenery so relaxing. We wanted to rebook for 2023, same week, same cottage - but NT in their wisdom had doubled the price! We cannot justify spending this amount of money on a weeks house rental - the property is definitely lovely and in such a beautiful spot, but a 100% rise in price is difficult to countenance. So four star experience this year, another location next year.

Never encountered £5 return fund plus £7 shipping cost for 1 top that I wanted to return! All in all my top was £48 and I will only be getting £33 back after all there add on costs! That’s now me done with ordering from Abercrombie again.
