I paid extra for a flexible ticket. Free to change, just the fare difference. When I contacted them to change the flight there was a £4.44 difference (I looked online for the new price of the new tickets) but they charged me £78.00 - because they said the new tickets were that much more expensive. Which simply wasn’t true.
