I wish I could go lower than a 1 star. Bought my daughter Sims 4. Tried for hours to download it. Kept getting error messages. Emailed the tech support team, they responded within 24 hours with a few questions of their own. I answered them all and I am now almost to week 3 with no response. I grew up on madden and nhl hockey. Never again will I use but from this company

I paid extra for a flexible ticket. Free to change, just the fare difference. When I contacted them to change the flight there was a £4.44 difference (I looked online for the new price of the new tickets) but they charged me £78.00 - because they said the new tickets were that much more expensive. Which simply wasn’t true.

Don't be fooled by the pricing. 1000 operations a month for free, sure - but each time it checks to see if it should run, that counts as an operation! So if you want it to check every 15 minutes, that's 15 * 24 * 31 = approx 3000 operations per month just to get started!Also, I'm trying to access the android app and the login by scanning a QR code isn't working.... and the support *requires* a screenshot of that!?!?!?It's a shame as the actual automation seems pretty good, but the overall experience is too painful and expensive, so it's been a collossal waste of time

Living in the USA I did go to the BBC website daily. I liked their coverage of euro-centric news and their other departments. But Not anymore. There is a whole lot of empty space now. With maybe 60% fewer photos than before. I used to catch my eye with many different departments and videos on the so called front page. Travel, history, and yes current affairs from around the world. I now go to theGuardian and for laughs the DailyMail. Sadly even the DailyMail has more interesting articles now than the BBC news website.

Playstation was my favorite gaming system been with them since the first playstation. I swore by them untill now. They have turned into a joke banning everyone, deleting profiles, games on the store glitching out and u recive the wrong game or bundle when u try to get help its a run around. One employee tells u one thing the other says thats wrong and say its something else the manager say thr both wrong and say something completly different. Get told they cant help that i need to contact the game developer like ubisoft for assistance. As for a refund get told its not possible even tho i never touched the game, i bought one game it gave me another and then i get told sorry we cant do anything about it. What a joke. I never thought id say this but im switching to xbox. Playstation is has to many issues now adays and no one wants to help when u call to get help. So bye bye playstation hello xbox.

I will never buy another HP printer. The HP DeskJet 3750 is so bugy. It shows errors for everything, printing, and scanning. Sometimes it prints and then it shows an error, then it doesn't print for 10 minutes, then it suddenly starts printing again.

I feel let down by HP I have been buying laptops and various other electronic items such as printer etc from there company for myself and children for years. The other day after 1 year and 1 month my laptop which I looked after very well stopped working and is unfixable or if I do decide to fix, costs more than a brand new one for the repair. After myself and a friend tried to get through on multiple occasions to talk to a human and not AI we were cut off several times and offered little solution or essentially, buying a new one. The customer service was awful and for a returning customer ( I have bought around 10 hp products) I will never buy there products again.

We were introduced to Lucy by Percivals, our recommended Funeral Director for the passing of our much loved spouse and Mum, Margaret. The impact of losing a spouse or parent is significant and between us, since we opted for cremation rather than church we felt that we wanted the support of someone to read the words we wanted to say. It was key that we liked the person and I recall saying 'If we don't like Lucy we don't need to work with her... we can find an alternative'. We needn't have had any concerns. Lucy took time to understand all our circumstances, feelings, realities. She called multiple times to check in how were doing and came to the house to talk with us, get to know us and worked with us on the structure and order of our preferred service so that the flow was right, the timing accurate so that at no stage were we rushed. We worked together on the hymn and song choices including the specific versions we wanted and Lucy was diligent to adapt to our iterations. Ultimately Lucy wasn't just someone who spoke the words we wanted her to say. She has been an amazing person at a really important time who guided and led a beautiful reflection of an amazing woman and life. We will forever be grateful to have met Lucy at this time and will work with her again without hesitation.

My account has been hacked and then blocked.Worth billions, but they don't have a real contact us department. My account was with them since the beginning, over 20 years of memories that they just flushed down the pipe. During this time, dramatic changes happen, and I would really love to get back at least my pics...they don't care. Should be some legal stuff with all the people at the start of the company, cause we all get the same. They will stomp on your life memories that you trust them with...And you will lose them all.At least a way to download them back ...they don't care.Watch out people!
