Booking.com cancelled my reservation 12 hours beforehand and after I had already arrived at the destination. No support or even any reason was given. I contacted the useless customer service team many times to get compensation as I was forced to sleep in my car for 3 nights. Multiple times I was given false promises of compensation until the last time I called and was told they wouldn't provide me with anything. The customer service team never reached out to me and repeatedly failed to respond, absolutely useless!
