Service has decreased massively. Was threatened in an appartment which was full of mould (I took pictures). Booking.com did remove the listing for one day and then put it back online, resulting in MANY people going through the same situation. Until today (6 months later) the same problem occurs. After days of calling back and forth I was only provided a 10% refund for what I went through. They truly do not care about their customers anymore and only function as a website that leaves fraudulent listings on their website.
