Review of booking
Service has decreased massively. Was threatened in an appartment which was full of mould (I took pictures). Booking.com did remove the listing for one day and then put it back online, resulting in MANY people going through the same situation. Until today (6 months later) the same problem occurs. After days of calling back and forth I was only provided a 10% refund for what I went through. They truly do not care about their customers anymore and only function as a website that leaves fraudulent listings on their website.

Purchased a pair of size 11 hiking shoes for a Christmas gift. Box stated UK size 11 - one shoe was a size 11 shoe and one shoe a size 10.5. Returned item following discussion with Customer Services. Replacement product unavailable until 08.01.23. I contacted Customer Services who arranged delivery of second pair within 24 hours. I said “don’t send me the original “pair” back will you?”. I was assured this “wouldn’t happen”. My prediction came true - the original “pair” of one size 11 and one size 10.5 shoe were redelivered! In order to help Adidas identify the “rogue pair”, I had put a sticker on the box with my invoice and reference numbers and was appalled to see the same box with my sticker. The box contained………..one size 11 shoes and one size 10.5!There is clearly no Adidas process for Returns - items must just be put back into stock and sent out to the next customer. So any problems with the “return” is not addressed. I have NO plan to try for a 3rd time - I’m going to another company.

I have paid my TV licence (To be honest I don't know why, perhaps to stop strangers knocking on my door). RTE is a disgrace, not sure how there have been no arrests. This country is run by who you know. When will Ireland stand up to this corruption and opportunism. Tried to watch a rugby game, impossible, spinning wheel. Funny ads work perfectly. And you fire people with 400,000 + euro. You all belong in prison

The Nokia G10 is one of the most useless phones on the market of android smart phones. This phone cannot multi function, it freezes when you are on an app and a call comes through. This phone constantly has a problem "system not responding". This phone is malfunctioning when connected to a computer via USB. Personally I am 100% in regret of buying this nonsense. The last phones Nokia made which where good was the Asha range, after that they produced a total waste of money. I cannot wait to sell this junk and buy a Samsung rather. Man at this point I would even consider a mobicel

coming from someone who has used BOTH zapier and pabbly, although the interface looks nice, it is IMPOSSSIBLE to get anything to work. I tried converting images to pdfs, even sending a damn email and ALWAYS get error messages even though the webhook successfully captures the data. "missing file url" - its LITERALLY RIGHT IN THE FIELD. What an absolute joke with user friendliness and a waste of time.

Anyone experiencing charges from Google that they did not properly disclose to you can call their financial institution and have the charges reversed, once an investigation has been done. I have previous experience with Google and other companies charging when there was no clear indication of charges. Avoid Google ad services completely.
Review of dropbox
I have been using Dropbox for years. The service itself works well, most of the time. Except when it doesn't, and finder freezes, or you discover it has stopped syncing, or when you add one file on another computer and it takes half an hour to sync across. Sigh. However, the entire business model is designed specifically to extract as many additional $$ as possible out of you. It doesnt matter if you are already a paying customer, you will be still bombarded with perpetual and incessant advertising to upgrade to a business account -- that is impossible to turn off. I consider that frankly rude and obnoxious, and I have lost all respect for them. No need for 2TB at our exorbitant prices? Nope, our plans start at $185 per year, many times that of iCloud. Oh, but want to be able to request files from people greater than 2GB? Not sorry, more money please!!

I made a return to Amazon, the package has sat at the carrier facility (Evri) for the past 6 days according to the tracking information. I have spoken on chat to numerous agents from Amazon who just say it's in transit and I need to wait, none will agree that it appears something is wrong here and this return seems to be lost. But hey hey I spoke to another agent who was totally understanding (so she made out) and told me she would authorise the refund there and then and not to worry about the package, she fully accepted and understood my concerns she said.... she, Katrina, also stated I would recieve a confirmation email about the refund. 24 hours later and surprise surprise, no email so I get back on chat and speak to another 2 year old who knows nothing and just reads from a script telling me to wait for the package to be returned, this imbecile could see the comments made by Katrina stating she had issued the refund but it literally took me 25 mins of asking it to please confirm if the refund had been processed, after the 25 mins of avoiding to answer I got the answer that the refund had not been done followed by the robotic rehearsed response. I asked for a manager and was put on to another individual who basically condoned lying and allowing staff to ignore customers concerns and just fob them off, anyway I asked to lodge a complaint and was told i would be contacted by someone senior within 6 hours. A few hours later I recieved an email from, I would suggest is good friends with big bird from Sesame Street, who just quoted policy and fobbed me off.In essence I have paid for an item which I have returned, Amazon have evidence this has been returned and has been sat at the carrier facility for 6 days now but refuse to accept there is a problem somewhere and just keep telling me to wait till it is returned. They refuse to give me a refund, so I think it will be going to my solicitor (even if I end up out of pocket these people cannot treat us like this) and looking at other reviews they just ignore them and never reply. Come on Amazon grow a pair and respond, take responsibility for once....
