Booking.com review system lacks honesty, transparency and promote blackmailing the property owners. Booking.com Customer Service teams are not professional and not friendly. Last call, they put me on hold for 2 hrs and 10 minutes! And even they didn't solve the issues. Booking.com Customer support system is based on hiding from both guest and partners; the phone number is well hidden, not easy to find, long waiting time, Long call hold time, unprofessional outcomes and many times no outcomes at all.Booking.com plays the blame game trying to win in all cases even if this means both guest and property owner loses.
