Such a disgusting company, Ads/ ads/ forced ads, then a barrage of pages and suggested pages that you don't care about, completely the opposite of what this was released to do, don't see anything other than scams on marketplace, you even report ads that contain drug sales and it gets kept up as it doesn't violate their policy~~! WOW real disgusting company meta is!

Booking.com allows and support guests to write false poor reviews and scores about their stay. No matter how property owners show proves to Booking.com, the false reveiwes are still published. Booking.com review system lacks honesty, transparency and promote blackmailing the property owners. Booking.com Customer Service teams are not professional and not friendly. Last call, they put me on hold for 2 hrs and 10 minutes! And even they didn't solve the issues. Booking.com Customer support system is based on hiding from both guest and partners; the phone number is well hidden, not easy to find, long waiting time, Long call hold time, unprofessional outcomes and many times no outcomes at all.Booking.com plays the blame game trying to win in all cases even if this means both guest and property owner loses.

Most Stressful part of my working day

This website is up there, top of the list of things that causes me most stress. It should come with a Government health warning. I've spent over 2 hours today trying to get information and I was sat at my PC almost in tears thinking if I ran my business like this I'd be bankrupt. How are they getting away with this? All this complaining to other people obviously doesn't help so I thought I'd finally try to get my point across to them and offer feedback. As if they haven't drained enough of my time during my 20+ years of working as an accountant! Anyway you can opt to take part in research with a view of offering real accurate feedback to enable them to improve their processes. You can do this by arranging to go to a government building, a researcher visiting you at home/work or simply completing surveys online. I registered and then confirmed my email address by responding to an automated email that they sent me. All good so far!!!!! I then completed various sections asking me simple questions like; how often I use the internet, how I access the internet, what I use the internet for, do I have any special requirements for using the internet etc etc. This took about 15 minutes. It then asks that you agree to the terms that they set out. To be fair the terms are half a page and quite simple, are you over 18? Do you reside in the UK? that kind of thing. Yes, all looks good so far so I accept. Imagine my surprise when the next screen pops up with the message "page not found" so now I sit with my head in my hands wondering how we can possibly run a Country with a website so clunky and difficult to navigate. I suppose if you had guaranteed customers and guaranteed revenue you don't have to focus on customer service and you can throw any old s**t out there can't you. Makes me want to retire and move abroad so they can't drain a single more minute of my time.

We have been looking for a way to automate financial data collection for a while. We used Google Forms for a long time, but it was very limited and still took a long time to complete the financial reports. We searched around and found Jotform. So far so good, our workload has been reduced since then. One thing we really appreciate is the addition of submission limits for free, other than that we are very happy with the form.

Terrible time consuming return policy. Awful, it's much easier to shop Walmart online. Walmart is easy, just take to the nearest brick and morter,Amazon does not have a close store, I would have drive 25 miles, I'm disabled, this makes everything so much worse.

Returns charge of £9 is DISGUSTING

I purchased items online totalling £102 but never received delivery information so had to email them for updates.Now the annoying part is having noticed the sizing was wrong they insist on returns going to Holland and not a UK address. For this return you will get £9 deducted from your refund.What a rip off this is absolutely no customer service just greed.No problem as they have just lost a long term customer and three other members of my family.Shame on you A&F

A good learning platform

I currently have a Plus subscription and over the year I've audited and gotten some paid certificates from this platform.Courses can be a bit of a hit or miss, but overall as long as you do your research, if you have an interest, it's likely you can find some that you will enjoy. Personally, I think how useful the certificates are mostly tied to what you do with them, as in, trying to get good projects out of them, anything that you can put on your portfolio and well documented, which can be a nice adition to your CV/profile when applying for jobs.The cons:- Sadly there are some courses that are no longer available, I had saved some in my bookmarks and when I had the time to try them, they weren't there (ofc this was after months or years though...).- Some people put no effort in peer reviews, either in their submission or when reviewing, which makes courses be seen in a bad way.- They should have more people interacting with students in forums, sometimes you can ask something and it can take a long time to get an answer, if any. They totally should hire mentors or more instructors, or any other support staff.
