Their customer service is beyond rude—condescending, dismissive, and absolutely useless. I had a serious issue with a booking, and not only did they offer no real help, they acted like it was my fault for trusting their platform.They advertise “support,” but good luck getting someone who actually knows what they’re doing or even cares. I was bounced around, given false promises, and eventually ignored altogether. I had to fix the situation myself, and guess what? They STILL tried to charge me.Do yourself a favor: book directly through hotels or use literally any other service. Booking.com is a disaster wrapped in a scam with a side of attitude. Never again.
