My flight was cancelled by the airline. I notified Booking.com and they said they would look into it and once they confirmed there the flight had been cancelled, they would refund my money. I have followed up three times and it has been almost 2 months since the cancellation and they have yet to issue my refund. This is not only unprofessional, but it borders on theft. I will never use them again and recommend that you do not use them either.
