Camille with GoDaddy was exceptional. She was able to solve my problem in record time and help me with a very sticky domain issue involving a website on Bluehost, a domain on GoDaddy, and DNS records on Square Space. She was friendly knowledgeable and very easy to work with.

If I could give 0 I would - absolutely shocking customer service. My flight to Mauritius in April had a stop over in Dubai - we were stuck there for 2 days because of the floods- when we arrived - no luggage - didnt arrive for the whole holiday - it is now 24th july and I still haven't received my case back despite phoning multiple times since April- they promise to ring me back every time but no one ever does, they have no explanation where my case is and don't hold any responsibility, very arrogant attitude, no mention of being recompensed for my missing case - I will not fly Emirates ever again, atrocious customer service

My flight was cancelled by the airline. I notified Booking.com and they said they would look into it and once they confirmed there the flight had been cancelled, they would refund my money. I have followed up three times and it has been almost 2 months since the cancellation and they have yet to issue my refund. This is not only unprofessional, but it borders on theft. I will never use them again and recommend that you do not use them either.

Horrible brand. Never rely on Nokia. I purchased their infamous Nokia Beacon 1 WiFi Mesh routers (A pack of 3), and they suddenly stopped working after a while. I tied all the possible troubleshooting, including resetting the beacons. I tried contacting their support multiple times. They are rude, keep asking for information I already provided and never help.

Phone Northampton partnership homes as I have a voucher for paint. No booklet with letter as stated, so couldnt get paint as no phone or address to collect. Phoned the voids team, the only phone number on the letter. First call was cut off before answering, the second was a waste of time. Spoke to a girl who didn't have a clue and couldn't give me the details I needed. Said they would e mail it to me, but again no idea when (or if!). Then tried to ring repairs, on the 4th attempt I was put through, again the information still not given, and they'll be in touch! Wouldn't it be easier just to put the booklet in with the letter as it was meant to be. They are totally incompetent 😡

I purchased a laptop, the salesman said he would give me a protection plan at a reduced rate. I thought it was a geek squad plan. One month later my laptop was stolen. After making a police report I called to cancel the policy. I was told that the protection plan was not a help plan nor did not include theft. They would not reimburse me for the plan which was of no use. This is not great customer service. When I replaced the laptop I went directly to the HP sales line. Before you purchase any electronics from Best Buy, do not get get fooled into buying a plan for $200. that is of no use. They would not make any concession even though the laptop has been stolen.Very Bad Customer Service!

I had a problem upgrading. Parallels Support sent me a detailed process to follow and followed up to make sure all had gone well. I am now running Parallels Desktop V18.2 on an M1 Mac Mini and an Intel-based PowerBook Pro. Started with V4 many years ago.

I think somewhere in there is a really good product but if Apple who holds themselves out as the premier technology company in the universe cant master the simple task of explaining how the damn thing works...WTF good is it to anyone ? I have more tech experience that most and if I find it complicated that is because it is. Big fail APPLE !
