The completely ridiculous automated suspension system needs a complete overhaul. After cleaning a list 3 times (using paid for external services) and to still be suspended, presents a larger problem with the software and it needs to be reviewed if your company wants to be successful. Mailchimp, Klaviyo and even Email Octopus does not have this issue. It shouldn't matter to Brevo if there are hard bounces or soft bounces, auto clean the list as you send an email out so its right for the next time. The suspension procedure is an absolutely horrendous user experience and I can see from the other reviews on here that it's a continuous issue.Hopefully you can take this advice onboard.
