Terrible Experience - Hidden Charges! Case #4548642

Case #4548642I was using Brevo for a small shop and suddenly discovered I was being charged for their most expensive plan at €650 per month for 2 months around cost 1300€ and i had bought yearly plan before 2 months, without any notification, confirmation, or proper information!I never received an email, push notification, or invoice for these charges. The only way I found out was by checking the billing history and seeing these outrageous charges. I immediately requested a refund, as I never upgraded my plan or authorized these transactions.Their response? • They insisted the charges were legitimate and claimed I must have upgraded the plan myself. • They refused to issue a refund, instead suggesting I dispute the charges with my bank, claiming potential hacking of my credentials.If they believe hacking occurred, shouldn’t their platform provide safeguards like proper verification or two-factor authentication for high-value transactions? The lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable.Brevo not only failed to provide basic customer support but also took no responsibility for this issue. If you value your money and peace of mind, stay far away from this platform.Untrustworthy, unprofessional, and unwilling to help their customers. Avoid at all costs!
