THEFT: Terrible Experience with Brevo.com – Do Not Trust!I recently had a highly frustrating experience with Brevo.com that I feel compelled to share. After signing up, I was charged $69 USD, only to find that I couldn't send a single email, and when I asked for a refund, they suspended my account and refused to give a reason or a refund. Mind you, I own a reputable fitness business with over 300K members. The customer support agent, named Paige, was extremely dismissive and rude. Despite explaining that I had paid but did not receive any services, Paige informed me that while she could see my payment, a refund would not be possible because they had "written it off." When I asked for clarification on what that meant, she completely ignored my question 3 times and refused to connect me directly with a supervisor or a member of their legal department! This lack of transparency and unwillingness to help left me feeling cheated and frustrated. It's unacceptable to take someone's money without providing the service promised, and even worse, to deal with customer support that doesn't seem to care about resolving issues. I strongly advise anyone considering Brevo.com to think twice before giving them your hard-earned money. There are much better alternatives out there that value their customers. Do not trust Brevo.com!
