THEFT: Terrible Experience with Brevo.com – Do Not Trust!I recently had a highly frustrating experience with Brevo.com that I feel compelled to share. After signing up, I was charged $69 USD, only to find that I couldn't send a single email, and when I asked for a refund, they suspended my account and refused to give a reason or a refund. Mind you, I own a reputable fitness business with over 300K members. The customer support agent, named Paige, was extremely dismissive and rude. Despite explaining that I had paid but did not receive any services, Paige informed me that while she could see my payment, a refund would not be possible because they had "written it off." When I asked for clarification on what that meant, she completely ignored my question 3 times and refused to connect me directly with a supervisor or a member of their legal department! This lack of transparency and unwillingness to help left me feeling cheated and frustrated. It's unacceptable to take someone's money without providing the service promised, and even worse, to deal with customer support that doesn't seem to care about resolving issues. I strongly advise anyone considering Brevo.com to think twice before giving them your hard-earned money. There are much better alternatives out there that value their customers. Do not trust Brevo.com!

70 yr old left on the road overnight without a tow.

On my way home from Bermingham to Florida my alternator quite working. It was 12:30am when I pulled into a rest stop. I called AAA at approximately 12:58am stating that I needed a tow. They said that there should be a truck to pick me up in about an hour and half. I also mentioned that I would need a flatbed since my car is pretty low to the ground. Fast forward to 9:30am (8.5 Hours later) there still is no truck, even after a half dozen calls. They did call at one time and told me there would be a truck arriving around 7:45am. I called back at 8:15 and asked where the truck was and was told it was 14 minutes out. By 9am I called back, and they said they have no record of sending a truck out. I took my chances and drove to the next town with limited battery strength and fortunately made it to a parts store where the engine died. The manager of the Advance Auto Parts store charged my battery enough to get me to a shop where he called ahead and made an appointment for me. They changed my alternator out and I was on my way home in an hour. Kudos to Advance Auto Parts and Sumpter Tire and Auto for having the decency to help out where AAA failed. I have been a member of AAA since 1996 and pay for the PLUS upgrade each year and cannot believe they would leave a 70-year-old man on the road for over 8 1/2 hours overnight without a service truck. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Combination of understaffing and incompetence

Horrible service with buying an Oyster at the station. TfL is woefully understaffed and its people don't understand how Oyster registration works — different people have told me to do it online, on phone, that it's done, that it's not done, that it'll take 3 working days, and (strangest of all) there are 2 type of registrations: on my account vs on the machine. And the latter is needed to link it to the railcard. Absolute mayhem.

Goodbye National "Trust"

Like many others, I have cancelled my NT family membership and will definitely not ever visit any of their properties again. The reasons are encapsulated in almost every Trustpilot rating in the past few weeks and are reinforced in articles such as "Revealed: Every reason the woke National Trust placed 100 properties on BLM-inspired list of shame including homes of Winston Churchill, Rudyard Kipling and William Wordsworth" (see google).

Customizable and clean forms/poor website

Jotform is very customizable and has many options for most businesses. So far, the clients who have used my forms seemed to have an easy time. My only learning curve was the user interface was a little tricky to find certain features. Otherwise, I recommend Jotform.Update: I am locked out of my account for some reason and cannot access my forms nor can my clients access the forms. I updated my password and it still didn’t work. Additionally, I can’t even post a question on the customer support page.

Dies passierte: Es ist mir noch möglich, Posts zu schreiben. Jedoch wurde ich dafür gesperrt, andere Posts zu bewerten, wegen "Nichteinhaltung von Community-Regeln". Dies entschied die Moderation im Zuge der Diskussion um die Verweigerung des Handschlags einer türkischen Sportlerin an eine israelische Sportlerin (Judo). Ich machte eine Bemerkung - explizit als "meine Meinung" ausgewiesen - zur Türkei, die 54x positive Bewertung erhielt und die ich auch einordnete: "die Politik ist gemeint", da für mich die Türkei - abseits des Islam - eine wunderbare, vielfach orientalische Mentalität, aufweise. Eine Begründung dieser Maßnahme halte ich für notwendig. Denn einer großen Anzahl von Menschen den Mund verbieten, wirkt mMn lächerlich und ist vor allem antidemokratisch und spaltend. Wenn die Darstellung meines Zugangs - die wohl die Ursache für diese seltsame unbegründete Zensur der Moderation ist - die Gefahr des politischen Islam für Israel auch durch Erdogan und evt auch durch seine in Österreich lebenden WählerInnen - in diesem großen Forum nicht mehr möglich ist, denke ich, dass dringend andere Diskussions-Plattformen gegründet werden müssen. Übrigens: Die Neue Zürcher Zeitung (NZZ) ist SEHR KLAR und schützt Israel eindeutig. Ebenso sie sind Informationen genau. Sie kann durch Registrieren gelesen werden.

Sorry for me to rate this bad score for you all , this is just because i just spend M Y R 37++ for G L 553 V gaming laptop I 5 series but in fact for the few weeks i bought this laptop , this gaming laptop cannot be shut down . Besides that , the game I play League of Legends , the fps i already set it as 60 fps which is really moderate but this gaming laptop its fps was very low it often drop to 27 or 15 something but this computer i just bought it 3 months on August . This is okay i can understand but the worst is sometimes when I was playing games the window suddenly update without any inform , and just crash my game . When update is happening my games is stuck at below 30 fps for whole game . Just before the updating , my whole screen just cant move at all it is really upset for me . And , my friends . his laptop is using up to 3 years but his laptop have lower price than me when he bought it , he can just play so smooth without any lag . So i really hope u can improve your item and if can hope that i will get a reply from you all .
