Company is not flexible to customer needs. I have been asking them to offer both monthly and yearly plans so people can choose whatever they want. They won't listen nor act... They don't understand that at corporates each and every invoice has to be processed through multiple levels so we hate monthly plans.. Some other services I have do not offer yearly plans but allowed me to pay yearly and gave an invoice for it.As far as podcasts go, it's an good company but nothing extraordinary..
