Order a surgical bra and paid £6.99 for next day delivery. Two days later no sign of the bra nor confirmation of despatch. Received an automated email response to my emailed enquiry, saying expect a reply in 5 days. Call up, unhelpful woman … need to talk to despatch department can’t say when she’d have a reply, never mind when I could expect to receive the item I’d paid for. Asked for my order to be cancelled and a full credit, to which she replied it takes 15 days to process a refund. 15 days!!!! That’s not due to bank rules and process. That’s Cancer Research policy. A clear case of Cancer Research wilfully holding onto my money. So, long story short, I’m out of pocket for 15 days. Disgrace and has left a very unpleasant taste in my mouth for what I had previously thought was a wonderful charity and one for whom I have raised funds for over the years. They should be ashamed.
