Rated as a free website builder - they don't tell you it costs over $60 a month to keep a basic site live after the 30 day trial. Don't think of it as anything like an affordable option for a small business website.

Non Existent SupportFairly easy to pick up. But I've been totally unable to resize my graphic and then resize the background properly, it doesn't appear possible. But the worst part is the support. Every time I get a different person respond to my thread, all they do is a long protracted apology before sending videos how to do stuff but it never addresses the issue, the mouse shoots around the screen and there is no sound. They absolutely will not have a call with me. The solution as I've repeatedly pointed out is just a quick Teams call where I can show the issue and they can show me the solution. Couldn't take more than 2 mins....but they just wont do it, they prefer another 100 messages. Support non existent, you are on your own to work around and use Google to solve issues. I'm using the pro version which attracts a monthly fee but still no useful support is provided. If you can find a program with proper support you should consider that instead.

Currently in a circle talking to bots trying to cancel my subscription after being a customer for years on and off I will never come back! I didn't know it loops around every year trapping you unless you pay a hefty cancellation fee. Way to discourage repeat custom. Wow!

The website is an absolute anti-ergonomic mess. You can't find anything. The VIP syste is sheet, login handling between lego IDEAS/.com/etc is sheet, presentation of promo offers is sheet. When you try to get cash for you VIP points you have to go through a sheetty redeem system, points don't appear when you expect, etc... So lego web team, please build a big lego cliff and throw yourselves off it.

They charge you 1 euro for the trial period, and then charge you 300 euros after the trial period, without clearly and loudly announcing it to you. In one of the emails they write in 3pt font size that they will charge you for the service after the trial period. Even I, who can see very well... I don't see that. Let them show us where they clearly informed us during our first purchase that our contract would be automatically extended and that they would charge us an additional 300 euros after that? Scammers

Order a surgical bra and paid £6.99 for next day delivery. Two days later no sign of the bra nor confirmation of despatch. Received an automated email response to my emailed enquiry, saying expect a reply in 5 days. Call up, unhelpful woman … need to talk to despatch department can’t say when she’d have a reply, never mind when I could expect to receive the item I’d paid for. Asked for my order to be cancelled and a full credit, to which she replied it takes 15 days to process a refund. 15 days!!!! That’s not due to bank rules and process. That’s Cancer Research policy. A clear case of Cancer Research wilfully holding onto my money. So, long story short, I’m out of pocket for 15 days. Disgrace and has left a very unpleasant taste in my mouth for what I had previously thought was a wonderful charity and one for whom I have raised funds for over the years. They should be ashamed.

I use Zillow to list properties that I have available to rent. I gave them 2 stars since they do seem to give my listings decent exposure. But the functionality of their site is the worst of any online business. For example, you are unable to scroll down to look at past messages and inquiries. If you get a message or inquiry, you better write it down because when you get the next inquiry, the previous inquiry is no longer accessible. Also, they do not let you delete messages, inquiries, and applications. So once you have declined an application, it will still pop up and make finding current, suitable applications more difficult. I called them on these and other issues. The person on the phone was pleasant but offered no solutions. "That's just the way we do it here at Zillow."

Best Subway I have ever eaten at. The freshest meat, vegetables but most importantly, the buns are always fresh the way it should be at all Subways... Even the breakfast items are prepared with conscientious effort and quality. Very impressed for such remote community. Job well done!!!!

Less than two years old, fitted new ink cartridges, recommended, now won’t print anything saying unable to connect to Wi-Fi we’ve followed all instructions and more but still won’t connect! Customer service rubbish, going round in circles and need it for work so will have to buy a new one BUT NOT HP!RUBBISH. Reading reviews we are not alone.

It's alright to send money, but place my account to receive support, and literally blocked my page a day I received my first donation because of "adult content"I am a queer latinx artist and my art display bodies that even the algorithm on Instagram deems ok for their platform. They replied that a violation of the terms of service because they take serious their website or even your other website accounts. Very confusing whilst I read thoroughly the terms if agreements where it says they don't take responsibility for third party website while using that as an excuse to banned my account. I have art paintings posted on instagram deemed OK on Instagram but they went and used that as an excuse to claim I violated adult content terms???? It is art from a queer latinx artist around body positivity. In a matter of just one search on your website I could find 5 other pages that have explicit NUDES, NUDE ART, furry PORN, and nudes with fetish and kink themes that are still active on their website. Which I attached to their "Support team"But my art which is in no way sexual related, pornographic, sensual kink art, which is posted on my private website and also Instagram from all places was the excuses to ban my account. Why they didn't ban it when I used the platform for making donations? But when I receive my donation my art is deemed problematic?I think this is a serious discrimination and unlawful practice.
