The ONLY reason it did not get 1 star is that the system is actually quite nice. But the support, and in this case, billing, is a bloody joke.I've been with Canva for 2 years, but I have had enough. As a company in the EU, we should not pay tax on things/services outside our own country. In the first year, they charged tax; I contacted them and was told it would be refunded, but after multiple emails, I gave up. When it was time to renew, I contacted them only to be told that it was too late this time, but they assured me that is now resolved for next time, so I went on with them; now it is time to renew again, and again they want to charge VAT. But after 2 emails in 10 days without a response. I understand that they DO NOT WANT TO WORK with the business, and will leave this company...
