The ONLY reason it did not get 1 star is that the system is actually quite nice. But the support, and in this case, billing, is a bloody joke.I've been with Canva for 2 years, but I have had enough. As a company in the EU, we should not pay tax on things/services outside our own country. In the first year, they charged tax; I contacted them and was told it would be refunded, but after multiple emails, I gave up. When it was time to renew, I contacted them only to be told that it was too late this time, but they assured me that is now resolved for next time, so I went on with them; now it is time to renew again, and again they want to charge VAT. But after 2 emails in 10 days without a response. I understand that they DO NOT WANT TO WORK with the business, and will leave this company...

As an email service provider, it cannot send a verification email for a new user registration. How can i trust a company like this, i mean how they get new users? How can I work with a service like this to send thousands of emails/month if they cannot send ONE email for verification? Probably some kind of scam i think!

ordered toilet rolls on prime for next day delivery and they changed the delivery date, when questioned customer service had no clue as to why nor any intention to find out why. they increase the membership fees but continue to fail there contract promise of next day delivery. out of every ten items ordered on prime you can expect 60 percent to be late or not turn up. this company needs a major overhaul on their selection and delivery procedures as they are absolutely disgusting

I had a really good experience with Lego Canada customer service.A big Duplo set ordered online was deemed delivered by FedEx, but I did not sign for it or anything. Called FedEx, they said their driver confirmed delivery and it was signed for.Called Lego to tell them about my issue, spoke to Susan, they promptly shipped me another package, this time to a different address, and I received it within 3 days.Hope someone enjoys the Duplo package that went missing.

Customer service is non existent, language barrier, or just laziness?Booked through Agoda online this morning, and as I was paying I realised that I had typed the incorrect email address, so I tried to cancel the booking.I immediately phoned Agoda and was told they needed a Booking ID, which I didn’t have. I gave him my name and phone number and he said he still needed a booking ID. He said he couldn’t find anything, so to book again! Although I might be charged twice for a duplicate booking.I decided to call Agoda back and try and speak to someone else. I think it was the same person that I had spoken to earlier and we got cut off after after a few minutes.I thought I’d try calling them again, 3rd time lucky.This time I spoke to a lady, she asked for the booking ID, and when I explained the situation the line went quiet and she didn’t come back!I rang my bank in the end and they confirmed that the money had been taken out of my account.
