I have requested assistance as I am not able to log on. My password will not work (it always has in the past) and now I can't receive the code to assist so I can use that to log on (I have also received them in the past.) I asked for help and was told to log on to change my password. Well, I can't do that. There is no one to help. I have several work reports that I have in that program. I paid for the Pro version, and I can't get to them. I tried to submit another request and now it won't allow me to mark the "I am not a computer box" This is so frustrating!
