AVOID!!! For two years in a row, GetResponse has used sneaky tactics to take my money (hundreds of pounds in total). Most recently, I was charged for an upcoming renewal one week before the payment was due - without my consent and without any pre-warning whatsoever. They didn't even send confirmation of the payment. I just saw it on my bank statement. Even though the service date has not yet started and I asked to cancel, they firmly stand by their "no refunds" policy.This was one year after I initially tried to cancel and asked for my card details to be removed because of the same issue. When I argued my case, I was initially told "no refunds - it's the terms and conditions you signed when you paid" even though I was not warned about the (PRE-)payment. When I kept pushing and arguing the case - along with the fact that I hadn't used my account for an entire year anyway because I thought it was cancelled - they passed me to the billing team and made it sound like I would receive a refund. Then I just got an email with the same response, so I guess they were just passing me off. I've never known a company to use such shady tactics to keep you as a customer. I guess it says all you need to know about their customer service. If their customer service was good, perhaps they wouldn't need to use such shady tactics to keep taking your money. This company does not care about their customers and has no reservations in tricking customers into staying with them - or at least keeping their money. IT may not be a full on scam, and perhaps they've found a way to do this legally, but it's certainly not ethical. They also said they needed me to confirm my credit card details in order to be removed from marketing emails... something that definitely goes against GDPR.

The Emirates customer agents at Birmingham Airport deliberately delayed attending to other customers, and when it was our turn, they refused to let us board, claiming that the time had elapsed. This experience is extremely disappointing. I am considering legal action to reclaim my money from these high-profile individuals. I will not be using this airline again.

ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET! These so-called developers are an utter disgrace! Their app is a complete disaster—unresponsive, buggy, and utterly useless! I wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy! I've been stuck using their pathetic excuse for a platform since 2014, and let me tell you, it's been a nightmare from day one! But now, in 2024, they've somehow managed to sink even lower! I've never been compelled to leave a review for any tech company before, but this is beyond the pale! I have requested assistance as I am not able to log on. My password will not work (it always has in the past) and now I can't receive the code to assist so I can use that to log on (I have also received them in the past.) I asked for help and was told to log on to change my password. Well, I can't do that. There is no one to help. I have several work reports that I have in that program. I paid for the Pro version, and I can't get to them. I tried to submit another request and now it won't allow me to mark the "I am not a computer box" This is so frustrating!

While the website is a goldmine of information, don't waste time even trying to help. Your comments will be deleted for no reason, questions as well, and worst of all, you aren't allowed to do almost anything before getting stupid reputation points. I recently wanted to update an answer to a question as *it was outdated* because of a change in the library used. The edit got rejected becasue "This edit deviates from the original intent of the post. Even edits that must make drastic changes should strive to preserve the goals of the post's owner.". Ok sure, but it is because of an update, and besides, the change was minor.And guess what? I am not allowed to comment on that answer either because I need stupid reputation points. So in the end, you can' even help or try to help anyone.

Terrible company they shipped me a broken washer. It has broken 3 times in 3 years since. It took them months to fix it. Technicians lie about coming back and ordering parts or don't show up. Customer service is a nightmare and takes forever to actually speak to someone. You are constantly transferred.
