I have had a capital one credit card for many years. I pay off my monthly balance on time. I was two weeks late recently by accident and they suspended my card with no notice. It stopped working for online automatic payments and in stores. I had $11,000 available balance and never carry a balance! I called and was told it was past due and that’s why suspended. Once all is paid off, I’m cancelling.
